Marisa’s Mission is a Massachusetts non-profit that assists patients and families in financial distress due to their cancer diagnosis. Inspired by Marisa Federico and the unwavering strength and eternal optimism she embodied throughout her life and her battle with cancer, Marisa’s Mission is focused on keeping Marisa’s spirit alive, leading by her example, and giving people going through cancer recovery the hope, strength, and financial support needed to fight their battle. Marisa’s lasting impression inspired a movement to support patients diagnosed with cancer to ease their stress and lessen their financial burden so they can focus on what matters most: their health and family.
